How does offline scanning work?

WeTa Snap uses a compact on-device AI model that extracts contact details locally on your phone. Even with zero Wi-Fi or cellular service, cards are parsed and stored in an encrypted offline queue. They sync to your CRM the moment you go online.

Are card images uploaded to the cloud?

No. To respect privacy and save bandwidth, the raw image processing is done entirely on your device. Only the final structured text values (such as name, email, and phone) are transmitted when syncing to your CRM.

What CRMs are supported?

We support native, one-click sync to Zoho CRM and Bigin on all tiers (including Starter). HubSpot is supported on the Team and Business plans. Salesforce integration and advanced field mapping are available on the Business plan.

Can we switch plan tiers later?

Anytime. You can upgrade instantly to add users or access premium integrations. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. All billing changes are prorated automatically.
