This policy explains how WeTano Solutions Pvt Ltd ("WeTano", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit wetano.com, fill in a form, download a brochure or use the chat assistant on this website. We are based at PL9, SSR Pankajam Road, Saligramam, Chennai 600093, Tamil Nadu, India, and we are the data fiduciary for the personal data described here.
This policy covers the website only. Data you process inside our products (WeTa Analytics, WeTa loopin and WeTa Snap) is governed by your customer agreement with us.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and demo requests: your name, email address, phone number, company, location, the products or services you are interested in and your message.
- Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, location, the role you are applying for, your message and the CV or resume you upload.
- Brochure downloads: your name, business email address and company name.
- Chat assistant: the messages you type into the chat window, plus any contact details you choose to share there.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics (only if you accept analytics cookies): pages you visit, how long you stay, the website or search that referred you, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (country or city) through Google Analytics. We do not use this to identify you personally.
- Spam and abuse protection: our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which collects hardware and software information (such as device and browser data) and sends it to Google to check that a real person is submitting the form.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your questions, arrange product demos and send you the brochures you request.
- To assess job applications and contact candidates.
- To follow up on your interest in our products and services. You can ask us to stop at any time.

5. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website, and only for the purposes above:
- Email delivery: form submissions are delivered to our team by email through our email service provider.
- Google: reCAPTCHA (spam protection) and, if you consent, Google Analytics.
- Website hosting: our hosting provider stores and serves the website.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid request from a government authority.
6. International transfers
Some providers, including Google, may process data on servers outside India. Where this happens, we rely on the provider's safeguards and only transfer data as permitted under Indian law.
7. How long we keep it

This website is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
